Many companies within our industry strive to make doing business a non-contact event, but at Plascompo, we adopt a different approach. We like to positively encourage contact with our clients, which is why we are so excited to announce that we will be exhibiting at the NEC for the Fluid Power and Systems 2024 exhibition!

This will be held at the NEC in Birmingham on the 5th and 6th of June, and you can find us in Hall 5 on stand B54.
Our focus
We will be featuring our ECO-Green range, which includes a variety of products from Italian manufacturer DLM, and is made from 100% recycled plastic or what we like to call ‘second life plastics’. These plugs, caps and flanges protect the threads on manufactured products, and prevent the risk of contamination. The Green Line range of products are highly popular with organisations that want to reduce their negative impact on the environment, which is a priority for industries that wish to move away from single use plastics. The implementation of new mould technologies have resulted in significant savings such as 12,170 kg’s less scrap material and a corresponding reduction in CO2 emissions.
We will also be showcasing our Pig’s Tail Spiral hose protection, which is a product developed using a thermoplastic compound, typically HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), that creates heavy duty hose protectors and offers excellent impact protection whilst maintaining flexibility. These heavy-duty hose protectors are designed to fit pneumatic, hydraulic and other industrial hoses. We are approved suppliers of Pig’s Tail protective wrapping, and this type of pipe protection from Weld Alloy is specifically designed to protect industrial hoses in all heavy duty industries.
Not only will we have 2 expert members of our team with over 25 years of experience in the industry in attendance, but we will also be joined by our Italian partners, DLM Tappi of Opera, Milan, so we definitely won’t be short on expertise!
